Lillian Garcia is a artists who also works as a ring announcer for World Wrestling Entertainment . She used to be a vj in Atlanta and once had a afternoon radio show. She graduated from the University of South Carolina, and went on to spend 7 years in college, becoming good in Spanish. Lillian started ring announcing for the WWE in 2000. 

She used her announcing career to help in her other career path, a rock singer, she released her first album, Shout, in 2002, Torrie Wilson's theme music became big. She also started a relationship with Viscera and shortly joined to the ring him to the ring. She soon returned to her ring announcing. She wanted to get married at WWE on June 26, 2005. At Vengeance, Viscera dumped Lilian in favor of Stephanie McMahon.
